If you have forgotten your ShopeePay PIN, here are the steps to reset it. 

Step 1: Go to the Me tab 

Step 2: Click on ShopeePay 

Step 3: Click on the Settings ⚙️ icon

Step 4: Select PIN & Biometrics 

Step 5: Click on Forgot ShopeePay PIN 

Step 6: Click on Continue 

Step 7: Click on Next 

Step 8: Create a new ShopeePay PIN 

Step 9: Re-enter ShopeePay PIN

The change should take effect immediately and you can use your new ShopeePay PIN for your next transaction.

⚠️Note

• You’ll not be able to change your ShopeePay PIN if you have taken any of these actions within the last 24 hours:

• Entering the wrong ShopeePay PIN more than 8 times 
• Using a new device to log in to your Shopee account
• Adding a new phone number or bank card

• In addition, if we observe suspicious activity with your account, you’ll also be unable to change your ShopeePay PIN for security purposes.
